Carla Bublitz brings over 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, with a career that began in California and has continued in Arizona for the past decade. As a Commercial Escrow Officer, Carla manages the commercial closing process from start to finish, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
 
What Carla enjoys most about her work is building relationships with clients. She takes pride in working with a wide range of people, from families purchasing new homes, to retiring couples entering a more relaxing chapter of life, to entrepreneurs starting or selling businesses. These personal connections are what make her work both meaningful and rewarding.
 
Carla is thrilled to be part of the Commonwealth NCS team and values the collaborative environment and the genuine, talented professionals who support one another every day. She credits her success to her focus, commitment, and sincere care for every transaction. Her professional philosophy has always centered on delivering the highest level of customer service, a standard that colleagues and clients alike recognize as a defining strength of her work.
 
Originally from California and a proud UCLA Bruin, Carla now proudly considers herself an Arizonan. She is the mother of three grown children, two of whom live in Arizona, with one remaining in California. Outside of work, Carla enjoys painting and exploring the Valley with her husband as they search for hidden treasures for his business.
